Fiat's Panda has donned its wellington boots to create the Panda 4x4, the only baby SUV in the city car A-segment. It's one of the premieres bound for the 2012 Paris motor show. It's the third-generation of Panda 4x4 and appears some 30 years after the original.

A few months ago we reported that Spyker were moving production of their cars to the UK, in to the very capable hands of CPP Manufacturing, a Coventry-based specialist company already responsible for making most of what goes in to a Spyker.

Here's his earlier report from the 2009 IAA - and you can now watch his video preview of the new 2010 Astra below I was chuffed to bits to win CAR’s competition to go to the 2009 Frankfurt motor show.
